Student ID Cards
Features student name and grade, and if you wish, birthdate, student ID number and barcode of student ID #. You may also add any other necessary data all in the design and color of your choice. Customized stickers are available as well.
Staff Badges
Badges are provided for the entire staff. They can be specific with title and color based on your needs.
Sticker Prints
Ready to use and sorted to your specifications. The student’s name is printed under each image so students are always positively identified. They come with a sticky back to make it easy to use the individual prints on files, library cards and other administrative needs.
Rolodex Cards
The rotary cards contain the student’s name, grade, teacher and other pertinent data.
Pictorial Directories
Each student photographed is pictured in this directory, sorted to your school’s specifications. Titled pages and numbered pages facilitate efficient location of a specific student no matter how large the student body.
Administrative CDs
Access your student images complete with data files quickly and easily on CD. The Admin CDs contain all student images that can be imported into most administrative software: Skyward, WesPac, Follett (for library) and Mealtime (for cafeteria), just to name a few. PIMS is also an administrative software program provided by Professional School Imaging for the school office and administration to use to produce photo service items and recognition materials.
Yearbook CDs
Digital images for yearbooks allows you to select the publisher of your yearbook, design the layout and control the format of all your school’s publications.
- Whether you choose Black & White or color images, we have the ability to accustom to your school’s specific needs.
- Your images will be in a separate folder according to grade or homeroom, then alphabetized.
- Each student’s name and data is attached to their picture.
- Complete data collection makes creating panel page layouts easy.
We also offer photography services for Class Groups, Graduation, Dances, Sports and much more!
